Responsibilities:
Our sales team runs the forefront position in Rabbit Home to ensure the projected sales target is achieved. You will be handling customers’enquiries, assisting in assist in taking buffets for their events and liaising with the kitchen and operation departments to ensure timely delivery for orders. Last but not least, you will review on the customer’s feedback and complaints and disseminate this information to the management.
Requirements:
:: SPM and minimum 2 to 4 years of working experience.
:: Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual.
:: Able to communicate effectively in Malay, English and Chinese (written and spoken).
:: Must enjoy handling calls.
:: Must be sales aggressive to earn more commission.

Business Development / Marketing Executive :
Responsibilities:
As part of the marketing team, you will be tasked in carrying market research and assist the management in planning and developing new business segments. In response to this, you are demand in responsible for gathering market data, analyzing the information and develop strategic sales/business plans that could help grown the new venture.
Requirements:
:: Degree or Diploma and minimum 2 to 4 years of working experience.
:: Able to communicate effectively in Malay, English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Customer Service Officer :
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Executive works closely with the sales team to ensure satisfactory of customers. You will process, investigate and resolve complaints and feedbacks generated by customers. Besides, you also will receive calls, correspondences, faxes and emails from general public should they have queries on our service.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
At this position, you represent the first line in quality control. You will have to ensure that foods prepared in all kitchens are hygienic and appealing in taste and sight. Second, you will also be involved in menu planning, budgeting and maintenance of kitchen equipment and food cost. Last but not least, as the mentor in kitchen, you are required to train employees in cooking methods, presentation techniques, portion control and retention of nutrients.

:: Strong culinary knowledge on Chinese/International cuisine and influences.
:: Catering experience would be an advantage.

Kitchen Supervisors / Assistant Kitchen Supervisors :
Responsibilities:
You are to conduct regular visits to the kitchen to ensure that all kitchens are following the standards and procedures. You be able to supervise the kitchen and give support to the kitchen operation in preparation and production of food.
Requirements:

:: Experience in kitchen operation will be an added advantage.

Kitchen Packers / Helpers :
Responsibilities:
You will need to perform stock-take, general housekeeping and also pick and pack goods. Besides, you will also be tasked with other duties from time to time.

:: Able to communicate effectively in Malay and Chinese (written and spoken).
:: Minimum 2 to 4 years of working experience.

Operation Supervisors :
Responsibilities:
You will perform general administrative duties and preparation of sales invoices, follow-up receivables and cash collection. You will also have to attend some phone enquiries and take up other duties from time to time.
Requirements:
:: SPM and minimum 2 to 4 years of working experience.
:: Able to communicate effectively in Malay, English and Chinese (written and spoken).
:: Must be able to work on weekends.
:: Possess GDL( Licence Kenderaan Barang-Barang )and able to recognise Muar location.
:: Need to take care and maintain company transport always in good condition.
:: Will assist in the delivery and setting up of Chinese style and International buffets. ( If need )
Storeman :
Responsibilities:
You are responsible in ensuring that goods are handled in a safe and correct manner. Part of your job requires you to make sure proper housekeeping is done and the warehouse is safe, secured and stocks are properly laid out. You are also required to carry out scheduled stock take and verify against records.
Requirements:
:: SPM and minimum 2 to 4 years of working experience.
:: Prior production and store working experience.
:: Must be physically fit and healthy.
:: Able to communicate effectively in Malay, English and Chinese (written and spoken).
:: Able to do report and purchasing , able to have good communication with supplier.
:: Possess GDL( Licence Kenderaan Barang-Barang ) and able to recognise Muar location.
:: Need to take good care and maintain company transport always in good condition.
:: Will assist in the delivery and setting up of Chinese style and International buffets. ( If need )
Company Drivers ( Full-Time & Part-Time ) :
Responsibilities:
You will be in charged of making deliveries of buffets and tingkats and make collection on cash-on-delivery orders. You will also need to follow the delivery schedule and ensure deliveries are made on time.

:: SPM and minimum 2 to 4 years of working experience.
:: Physically strong and healthy.
:: Able to communicate effectively in Malay, English and Chinese (written and spoken).
:: Must be able to work on weekends.
:: Possess GDL( Licence Kenderaan Barang-Barang ).
